CAT Exam

The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted in India for admission to various management programs offered by Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other prestigious business schools across the country. CAT is considered one of the most competitive and challenging MBA entrance exams in India. CAT assesses candidates on their quantitative ability (QA), verbal ability and reading comprehension (VARC), and data interpretation and logical reasoning (DILR) skills. The exam aims to evaluate candidates' aptitude for management education and their ability to handle complex business problems. CAT is a computer-based test (CBT) typically held once a year in November or December. The exam duration is 2 hours and 40 minutes, divided into three sections with 40 questions each.
